Antivirus software providers and wireless carriers are at odds over whether the cellphone handset is the right place to stop viruses and other security threats.  This article on CNET.com illuminates some of the issues being discussed in this monster wireless market.  The stakes are high and you can bet there will be a great deal of fear and loathing in this battle.  I say “cant we all just get along?”, not likely though.
